Fataawa Qaazi Khaan Me'n Hai Ke Kisi Ne Yeh Kaha Jo Khuda Aasmaano'n Me'n Hai Use Pata Hai Ke Mere Paas Koi Cheez Nahee'n Hai, To Tehqeeq Ke Usne Kufr Kiya Isliye Ke Allaah Makaan Se Paak Hai. (Kyu'nke Usne Allaah Paak Ko Aasmaan Me'n Maana Isliye Uspar Kufr Ka Fatwa Hai). (Fataawa Qaazi Khaan, Jild No.4, Safha No.84)

In Tamaam Aqwaal Se Ma'loom Huwa Ke Istawa Ke Ma'ni Kuchh Na Kiye Jaaye Balke Uspar Imaan Laana Zaroori Hai Aur Uske Ma'na Ki Tafteesh Haraam Yehi Tareeqa Jumla Salaf Saaliheen Ka Hai.

Nateeja Nikla Ke Ham Allaah Paak Ke Baare Me'n Yeh Aqeedah Rakhe'n Ke Allaah Paak Azal Se Hai Hamesha Rahega Aur Allaah Paak Azal Se Jaisa Tha Waisa Hai Waisa Hi Rahega Aur Arsh Makaan Hai Balke Arsh Ko Allaah Paak Ne Paida Kiya Hai Lehaaza Arsh Makhlooq Hai, La Jurm Qat'an Yaqeenan Imaan Laana Padega Ke Arsh Wa Farsh Kuchh Uska Makaan Nahee'n, Na Woh Arsh Me'n Hai Na Ma Tehtus Sara Me'n, Na Kisi Jagah Me'n, Haa'n Uska Ilm Wa Qudrat Wa Sama Wa Basar Wa Mulk Har Jagah Hai.

Tafseer e Madaarik Me'n Sureh Aa'raaf Ki Tafseer Me'n Imaam Bagvi Rehmatullaah A'laih Likhte Hai'n Ke "Beshak Allaah Paak Arsh Se Pehle Maujood Tha Jab Makaan Ka Naam Wa Nishaan Na Tha Aur Woh Ab Bhi Waisa Hi Hai Jaisa Jab Tha Isliye Ke Badal Jaana To Makhlooq Ki Shaan Hai. Agar Koi Dhokebaaz Dhoka Dete Huwe Kahe Nahee'n Qur'aan Majeed Me'n Jahaa'n Jahaa'n Istawa Arsh Ki Baat Huwi Hai Woh Mutashaabehaat Me'n Se Nahee'n Hai Na Usme'n Koi Taaweel Karne Ki Zaroorat Hai Balke Zaahiri Ma'ni Par Aqeedah Banaane Ki Zaroorat Hai, To Phir Aise Logo'n Se Sawaal Hai Neeche Di Gayi Aayaat Wa Ahaadees Ka Jo Zaahiri Ma'na Hai Kya Unke Zaahiri Ma'na Par Bhi Tumhaara Aqeedah Hai Ya Nahee'n ?

Qur'aan Majeed Me'n Hai,

Tarjuma - Tum Dono'n Mere Ghar Ko Saaf Karo. (Sureh Baqarah, Aayat No.125)

Dekhe'n ! Yahaa'n Ka'ba Shareef Ko Allaah Paak Ne Apna Ghar Bataaya To Sawaal Yeh Hai Ke Kya Tum Maante Ho Ke Ka'ba Shareef Allaah Paak Ka Zaati Ghar Hai ? Agar Nahee'n To Phir Yeh Kyu'n Kehte Ho Ke Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Allaah Paak Arsh Par Hai ?

Tarjuma - Allaah Tumhaare Saath Hai Tum Jahaa'n Bhi Ho. (Sureh Hadeed, Aayat No.4)

Dekhe'n ! Yahaa'n Allaah Paak Khud Keh Raha Hai Ke Allaah Tumhaare Saath Hai, To Ab Sawaal Yeh Hai Ke Kya Tum Maante Ho Ke Allaah Paak Zaati Taur Par Ham Bando'n Ke Saath Hai ? Agar Nahee'n To Phir Kyu'n Kehte Ho Ke Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Allaah Paak Arsh Par Hai ?

Tarjuma - Aur Aye Mehboob Jab Tum Se Mere Bande Mujhe Poochhe'n To Mai'n Nazdeek Hoo'n. (Sureh Baqarah, Aayat No.186)

Dekhe'n ! Yahaa'n Allaah Paak Khud Keh Raha Hai Ke Mai'n Apne Bando'n Ke Qareeb Hoo'n, To Ab Sawaal Yeh Hai Ke Kya Tum Maante Ho Ke Allaah Paak Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Ham Bando'n Ke Qareeb Hai ? Agar Nahee'n To Phir Kyu'n Kehte Ho Ke Allaah Paak Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Arsh Par Hai ? Agar Haa'n To Phir Sawaal Yeh Hai Ke Arsh To Ham Bando'n Se Bahot Door Hai Aur Yahaa'n Hai Ke Allaah Ham Se Bahot Hi Qareeb Hai To Iska Jawaab Kya Hai ?

Tarjuma - Rooh Ko Yeh Kaha Jaata Rahega Hatta Ke Woh Uss Aasmaan Tak Paho'nch Jaaye Jisme'n Allaah Paak Hai. (Ibne Maaja Shareef, Jild No.2, Safha No.1423, Hadees No.4262)

Dekhe'n ! Yahaa'n Hadees Shareef Me'n Saaf Likha Huwa Hai Ke Allaah Paak Aasmaan Me'n Hai, To Ab Sawaal Yeh Hai Ke Kya Tum Maante Ho Ke Allaah Paak Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Aasmaan Me'n Hai ? Agar Nahee'n To Phir Kyu'n Kehte Ho Ke Allaah Paak Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Arsh Par Hai ? Agar Haa'n To Phir Bataaye'n Aasmaan Aur Arsh Dono'n Alag Hai'n Ya Ek Hai ? Agar Dono'n Ek Hai To Daleel Pesh Keejiye ! Agar Dono'n Alag Hai To Phir Arsh Aur Aasmaan Dono'n Jagah Allaah Paak Ko Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Maanne Me Pareshaan Kyu'n Ho ?

Tarjuma - Nabi e Akram ﷺ Ne Irshaad Farmaaya Ke Jab Koi Shakhs Namaaz Me'n Ho To Apne Muh Ke Saamne Na Thooke Kyu'nke Namaaz Me'n Muh Ke Saamne Allaah Paak Hota Hai. (Bukhaari Shareef, Jild No.1, Safha No.90, Hadees No.406, Kitaabus Salaat)

Dekhe'n ! Yahaa'n Saaf Likha Huwa Hai Ke Allaah Paak Namaaziyo'n Ke Saamne Hota Hai, To Sawaal Yeh Hai Ke Kya Tum Maante Ho Ke Allaah Paak Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Namaaziyo'n Ke Saamne Hai ? Agar Nahee'n To Phir Kyu'n Kehte Ho Ke Allaah Paak Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Arsh Par Hai.

Tarjuma - Nabi e Akram ﷺ Ne Lau'ndi Ko Farmaaya, Allaah Kahaa'n Hai ? Uss Lau'ndi Ne Kaha Aasmaan Me'n, Phir Rasoolullaah ﷺ Ne Poochha, Mai'n Kaun Hoo'n ? To Uss Lau'ndi Ne Kaha Aap Rasoolullaah Hai'n, To Rasoolullaah ﷺ Ne Lau'ndi Ke Maalik Ko Farmaaya Isko Aazaad Kardo Kyu'nke Yeh Momina Hai. (Muslim Shareef, Jild No.1, Safha No.381, Hadees No.537)

Dekhe'n ! Hadees Shareef Me'n Saaf Likha Huwa Hai Ke Lau'ndi Ne Jawaab Me'n Kaha Ke Allaah Paak Aasmaan Me'n Hai, To Ab Sawaal Yeh Hai Ke Kya Tum Maante Ho Allaah Paak Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Aasmaan Me'n Hai ? Agar Nahee'n To Phir Kyu'n Kehte Ho Ke Allaah Paak Arsh Par Hai ?

Iss Qism Ki Bahot Si Aayaat Aur Ahaadees Naqal Ki Ja Sakti Hai'n Magar Itne Par Hi Iktefa Kiya Jaata Hai, Aakhir Me'n Bas Itna Arz Hai Ke Ham Ahle Sunnat Wa Jamaa'at Ka Aqeedah Hai Ke Allaah Paak Zaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Azal Se Jaisa Tha Waisa Hai Waisa Hi Rahega Hamesha Aur Sifaat Ke Ae'tebaar Se Maslan Ba Ae'tebaar Ilm Wa Qudrat, Samee Wa Baseer Ke Allaah Paak Arsh Par Bhi Hai Zameen Par Bhi Hai, Hamaare Saath Bhi Hai, Hamaare Qareeb Bhi Hai, Namaaziyo'n Ke Saamne Bhi Hai Aur Aasmaan Par Bhi Hai.
