Muqallid Apne Aapko Muqallid Kehta Hai Isliye Nahee'n Ke Woh Qur'aan Wa Hadees Ke Khilaaf Hai Balke Woh Aise Shakhs Ka Muqallid Hai Jo Qur'aan Wa Hadees Ko Hazaaro'n Laakho'n Nahee'n Balke Carodo'n Logo'n Se Zyaadah Samajhta Hai Aur Jo Woh Samjhaata Hai Muqallid Uski Baat Ko Maan Leta Hai, Lekin Yeh Kahaa'n Hai Ke Muqallid Hadees Ko Nahee'n Balke Imaam Ko Maanta Hai ? Kin Masaa'il Me'n Taqleed Ki Jaati Hai Aur Kin Me'n Nahee'n :- Taqleed e Sharayi Me'n Kuchh Tafseel Hai, Sharayi Masaa'il 3 Tarah Ke Hai'n, (1) Aqaa'id (2) Woh Ahkaam Jo Saraahatan Qur'aan e Paak Ya Hadees Shareef Se Saabit Ho Ijtehaad Ko Unme'n Dakhal Na Ho (3) Woh Ahkaam Jo Qur'aan Wa Hadees Se Istembaat Wa Ijtehaad Karke Nikaale Jaaye'n.
