Auzaayi Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Hamse Abul Najaashi Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Unho'n Ne Kaha Ke Mai'n Ne Raafe Bin Khadeej Radiallaahu A'nhu Se Suna, Unho'n Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Ham Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ke Saath Asar Ki Namaaz Padh Kar O'ont Zibah Karte To Unhe'n 10 Hisso'n Me'n Taqseem Karte Aur Phir Sooraj Guroob Hone Se Pehle Hi Ham Uska Paka Huwa Gosht Bhi Kha Lete.

Sho'ba Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Unse Jabala Ne Bayaan Kiya Unho'n Ne Kaha Ke Hamaara Qayaam Madeena Me'n Tha Aur Ham Par Qahet Ka Daur Daurah Huwa, To Hazrat Abdullaah Bin Zubair Radiallaahu Anhu Hame'n Khajoor Khaane Keliye Dete The Aur Hazrat Abdullaah Bin Umar Radiallaahu Anhu Guzarte Huwe Yeh Keh Kar Jaaya Karte The Ke Do Do Khajoor Ek Saath Milaakar Na Khaana Kyu'nke Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Apne Doosre Saathi Ki Ijaazat Ke Bagair Aisa Karne Se Mana Farmaaya Hai.

Imraan Bin Maisarah Abul Hasan Basri Ne Kaha Ke Hamse Abdul Waaris Bin Sa'eed Ne Bayaan Kiya, Unho'n Ne Kaha Ke Hamse Ayyoob Sakhtiyaani Ne Kaha Unse Naafe Ne Aur Unse Abdullaah Bin Umar Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Kaha Ke Rasool e Kareem ﷺ Ne Farmaaya Jo Shakhs Mushtarik (Saathi) Ke Gulaam Me'n Apna Hissa Aazaad Karde Aur Uske Paas Saare Gulaam Ki Qeemat Ke Muwaafiq Maal Ho To Woh Poora Aazaad Ho Jaayega, Agar Itna Maal Na Ho To Bas Jitna Hissa Uska Tha Utna Hi Aazaad Huwa, Ayyoob Ne Kaha Ke Yeh Mujhe Ma'loom Nahee'n Ke Riwaayat Ka Yeh Aakhri Hissa Gulaam Ka Wohi Hissa Aazaad Hoga Jo Usne Aazaad Kiya Hai Yeh Naafe Ka Apna Qaul Hai Ya Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ki Hadees Me'n Daakhil Hai.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Farmaaya, Jo Shakhs Mushtarik Gulaam Me'n Se Apna Hissa Aazaad Karde Toh Uske Liye Zaroori Hai Ke Apne Maal Se Gulaam Ko Poori Aazaadi Dilaade, Lekin Agar Uske Paas Itna Maal Nahee'n Hai To Insaaf Ke Saath Gulaam Ki Qeemat Lagaayi Jaaye, Phir Gulaam Se Kaha Jaaye Ke (Apni Aazaadi Ki) Koshish Me'n Woh Baaki Hisse Ki Qeemat Khud Kama Kar Ada Karle, Lekin Gulaam Par Iske Liye Koi Dabaao Na Daala Jaaye.

Hazrat Jaabir Bin Abdullaah Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Shuf'ah Ka Haq Aise Amwaal (Zameen Jaa'idaad Wagairah) Me'n Diya Tha Jinki Taqseem Na Huwi Ho, Lekin Jab Uski Had Bandi Ho Jaaye Aur Raaste Bhi Badal Diye Jaaye'n To Phir Shuf'ah Ka Koi Haq Baaqi Nahee'n Rahega.
Baab - Jab Shuraka Apne Gharo'n Wagairah Ko Taqseem Karle'n To Ab Woh Na Ruju Kar Sakte Hai'n Na Shuf'ah : Hazrat Jaabir Bin Abdullaah Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Har Uss Jaa'idaad Me'n Shuf'ah Ka Haq Diya Tha Jiski Shuraka Me'n Abhi Taqseem Na Huwi Ho, Lekin Agar Had Bandi Ho Jaaye Aur Raaste Alag Ho Jaaye'n To Phir Shuf'ah Ka Haq Baaqi Nahee'n Rehta.

Sulemaan Bin Abi Muslim Ne Khabar Di Unho'n Ne Kaha Ke Mai'n Ne Abu Minhaal Se Bay Sarf Naqad Ke Baare Me'n Poochha To Unho'n Ne Kaha Ke Mai'n Ne Aur Mere Ek Shareek Ne Koi Cheez (Sone Aur Chaa'ndi) Ki Khareedi Naqad Par Bhi Aur Udhaar Par Bhi, Phir Hamaare Yahaa'n Bara Bin Aa'zib Radiallaahu Anhu Aaye To Hamne Unse Iske Baare Me'n Poochha, Unho'n Ne Kaha Ke Mai'n Ne Aur Mere Shareek Zaid Bin Arqam Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bhi Yeh Bay Ki Thi Aur Hamne Iske Muta'alliq Rasoolullaah ﷺ Se Poochha Tha To Aap ﷺ Ne Farmaaya Tha Ke Jo Naqad Ho Woh Lelo Aur Jo Udhaar Ho Use Chhod Do.
Baab - Musalmaan Ka Mushrikeen Aur Zimmiyo'n Ke Saath Mil Kar Kheti Baadi Karna. Hazrat Abdullaah Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Rasoolullaah ﷺ Ne Khaibar Ki Zameen Yahoodiyo'n Ko Iss Shart Par Dedi Thi Ke Woh Usme'n Mehnat Kare'n Aur Boye'n Jote'n, Paidaawaar Ka Aadha Hissa Unhe'n Mila Karega.
Baab - Bakriyo'n Ko Insaaf Ke Saath Taqseem Karna. Hazrat Uqba Bin Aa'mir Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Rasoolullaah ﷺ Ne Unhe'n Bakriyaa'n Di Thee'n Ke Qurbaani Ke Liye Unko Sahaaba Me'n Taqseem Karde'n, Phir Ek Saal Ka Bakri Ka Bachcha Bach Gaya To Unho'n Ne Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Se Uska Zikr Kiya, To Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Hazrat Uqba Bin Aa'mir Radiallaahu Anhu Se Farmaaya Tu Uski Qurbaani Karle.

Aur Mazkoor Hai Ke Ek Shakhs Ne Kisi Cheez Ki Qeemat Lagaayi To Doosre Ne Usko Aa'nkh Se Ishaarah Kiya (To Usne Usko Khareed Liya) Pas Hazrat Umar Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Samjha Ke Usme'n Uska Shareek Hai. Isse Bay'at Le Leejiye, To Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Farmaaya Ke Yeh To Abhi Bachcha Hai, Phir Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Unke Sar Par Haath Phera Aur Unke Liye Du'aa Ki Aur Zohra Bin Ma'bad Se Riwaayat Hai Ke Unke Daada Hazrat Abdullaah Bin Hishaam Radiallaahu Anhu Unhe'n Apne Saath Baazaar Le Jaate Wahaa'n Woh Galla Khareedte, Phir Abdullaah Bin Umar Aur Abdullaah Bin Zubair Radiallaahu Anhu Unse Milte To Woh Kehte Ke Hame'n Bhi Iss Anaaj Me'n Shareek Karlo, Kyu'nke Aapke Liye Rasool e Kareem ﷺ Ne Barkat Ki Du'aa Ki Hai, Chunaanche Abdullaah Bin Hishaam Unh'en Bhi Shareek Kar Lete Aur Kabhi Poora Ek O'ont (Ma' Galla) Nafa Me'n Paida Kar Lete Aur Usko Ghar Bhej Dete.
Baab - Gulaam Laundi Me'n Shirkat Ka Bayaan. Hazrat Abdullaah Bin Umar Radiallaahu Anhuma Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Farmaaya Jisne Kisi Shirkat Ke Gulaam Ka Apna Hissa Aazaad Kar Diya To Uske Liye Zaroori Hai Ke Agar Gulaam Ki Insaaf Ke Muwaafiq Qeemat Ke Baraabar Uske Paas Maal Ho To Woh Saara Gulaam Aazaad Karaade, Iss Tarah Doosre Shareek Ko Unke Hisse Ki Qeemat Ada Kardi Jaaye Aur Uss Aazaad Kiye Huwe Gulaam Ka Peechha Chhod Diya Jaaye.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Rasoolullaah ﷺ Ne Farmaaya Jisne Kisi (Shirkat Ke) Gulaam Ka Apna Hissa Aazaad Kar Diya To Agar Uske Paas Maal Hai To Poora Gulaam Aazaad Ho Jaayega, Warna Baaqi Hisso'n Ko Aazaad Karaane Ke Liye Usse Mehnat Mazdoori Karaayi Jaaye, Lekin Is Silsile Me'n Uspar Koi Dabaao Na Daala Jaaye.

Hazrat Jaabir Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Aur (Ibne Juraij Ne Isi Hadees Ki Doosri Riwaayat Ki) Ke Hazrat Ibne Abbaas Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Chauthi Zil Hijjah Ki Subah Ko Hajj Ka Talbiya Kehte Huwe Jiske Saath Koi Aur Cheez (Umrah) Na Milaate Huwe (Makka Me'n) Daakhil Huwe, Jab Ham Makkah Paho'nche To Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ke Hukm Se Hamne Apne Hajj Ko Umrah Kar Daala, Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Yeh Bhi Farmaaya Ke (Umrah Ke Af'aal Ada Karne Ke Ba'ad Hajj Ke Ahraam Tak) Hamaari Beewiyaa'n Hamaare Liye Halaal Rahe'ngi, Ispar Logo'n Me'n Charcha Hone Laga, Ata Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Hazrat Jaabir Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Kuchh Log Kehne Lage Kya Ham Me'n Se Koi Manaa Iss Tarah Jaaye Ke Mani Uske Zakar Se Tapak Rahi Ho, Hazrat Jaabir Ne Haath Se Ishaarah Bhi Kiya, Yeh Baat Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Tak Paho'nchi To Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Khutba Dene Khade Huwe Aur Farmaaya Mujhe Ma'loom Huwa Hai Ke Ba'az Log Iss Tarah Ki Baate'n Kar Rahe Hai'n, Allaah Ki Qasam Mai'n Un Logo'n Se Zyaadah Nek Aur Allaah Se Darne Waala Hoo'n, Agar Mujhe Woh Baat Pehle Hi Ma'loom Hoti Jo Ab Ma'loom Huwi Hai To Mai'n Qurbaani Ke Jaanwar Apne Saath Na Laata Aur Agar Mere Saath Qurbaani Ke Jaanwar Na Hote To Mai'n Bhi Ahraam Khol Deta, Ispar Suraaqah Bin Maalik Bin Ju'shum Khade Huwe Aur Kaha Ya Rasoolallaah ﷺ ! Kya Yeh Hukm (Hajj Ke Ayyaam Me'n Umrah) Khaas Hamaare Hi Liye Hai Ya Hamesha Keliye ? Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Farmaaya Ke Nahee'n Balke Hamesha Keliye Hai, Hazrat Jaabir Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Hazrat Ali Bin Abi Taalib Radiallaahu Anhu (Yaman Se) Aaye, Ab Ata Aur Taa'oos Me'n Se Ek To Yoo'n Kehta Hai Ali Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Ahraam Ke Waqt Yoo'n Kaha Tha, لَبَّيْكَ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ Aur Doosra Yoo'n Kehta Hai Ke Unho'n Ne لَبَّيْكَ بِحَجَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ Kaha Tha, Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Unhe'n Hukm Diya Ke Woh Apne Ahraam Par Qaayem Rahe'n (Jaisa Bhi Unho'n Ne Baa'ndha Hai) Aur Unhe'n Apni Qurbaani Me'n Shareek Kar Liya.
Baab - Jisne Taqseem Me'n 10 Bakriyo'n Ko Ek Oo'nt Ke Baraabar Qaraar Diya. Abaaya Bin Rifaa'ah Ne Hadees Bayaan Ki Aur Unse Unke Daada Raafe Bin Khadeej Radiallaahu Anhu Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Ham Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ke Saath Tihaama Ke Maqaam Zul Hulaifa Me'n The (Ganeemat Me'n) Hame'n Bakriyaa'n Aur Oo'nt Mile The, Ba'az Logo'n Ne Jaldi Ki Aur (Jaanwar Zibah Karke) Gosht Ko Haandiyo'n Me'n Chadha Diya, Phir Rasool e Akram ﷺ Tashreef Laaye, Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ke Hukm Se Gosht Ki Haandiyo'n Ko Ulat Diya Gaya, Phir (Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Taqseem Me'n ) 10 Bakriyo'n Ka Ek Oo'nt Ke Baraabar Hissa Rakha, Ek Oo'nt Bhaag Khada Huwa, Qaum Ke Paas Ghodo'n Ki Kami Thi, Ek Shakhs Ne Oo'nt Ko Teer Maar Kar Rok Liya, Rasool e Kareem ﷺ Ne Farmaaya Ke In Jaanwaro'n Me'n Bhi Ja'ngli Jaanwaro'n Ki Tarah Wehshat Hoti Hai, Isliye Jab Tak Unko Na Pakad Sako To Tum Unke Saath Aisa Hi Sulook Kiya Karo, Abaaya Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke Mere Daada Ne Arz Kiya, Ya Rasoolallaah ﷺ ! Hame'n Ummeed Hai Ya Khatrah Hai Ke Kahee'n Kal Dushman Se Mad Bhed Na Ho Jaaye Aur Chhuri Hamaare Saath Nahee'n Hai, Kya Dhaardaar Lakdi Se Ham Zibah Kar Sakte Hai'n ? Nabi e Kareem ﷺ Ne Farmaaya, Lekin Zibah Karne Me'n Jaldi Karo, Jo Cheez Khoon Bahaade (Usi Se Kaat Daalo) Agar Uspar Allaah Ka Naam Liya Jaaye To Usko Khaao Aur Naakhun Aur Daa'nt Se Zibha Na Karo, Iski Wajah Mai'n Batlaata Hoo'n Daa'nt To Haddi Hai Aur Naakhun Habshiyo'n Ki Chhuriyaa'n Hai'n.
